Using DesignIT simply adjust the snowload factor which is found under environmental settings. You will need to know the region and altitude of the site in order to generate a correct snowload.

For span table users NZS3604 Modification factors allow you to make adjustments to the span allowing design up to 1.0Kpa possible.
This can also be set as a default within the software preferences for those who use this functionality a lot.
