I have just down loaded the Floorsuite Files from the software site.  Do I have to have archiCAD on my computor to run it?

Hi Lisa, Thanks for your query.

Layup for archiCAD does require the archiCAD software in order to use the 3D objects and quantity scheduler.

All other components of the Floorsuite package can be used by anybody. The 2D details are available in *.dwg, *.dxf, *.mod and *.pdf for any CAD system or one off detailing while DesignIT just requires a Windows platform.

For Revit users our NZ objects are available through www.designcontent.com.au.
