Hi,

I have recently tried to use designIT3 for the fisrt time in a while and it now tells me I must upgrade to designIT4, but when I go to the link provided it says there is no webpage. Is there something I'm doing wrong? - Could it be a security setting problem on my PC? Cheers

I had same problem, but can download today (i was told they were upgrading the program and to wait till 10 July 09 in the afternoon it should be fixed, now i downloaded it, but when i go to use it, I cannot get past window which asks which country you are in?

could do with help with that

Hi Jason,

In March the ownership of the designIT for houses software was transferred across to Carter Holt Harvey Woodproducts.  We now have our an in house software development team.  Through this process the designIT website transferred over to the www.chhsoftware.com/designit/ domain.  From Friday July 10 through to Sunday July 12 2009 we were updating the site and software was not available for download.  To download the full version click on the link below.

Hi Brenda,

The issue you are experiencing with no buttons being visible on the Country of Origin screen, then your computers' display settings (or DPI Settings) may have been altered to 'Large Fonts'. If you change them back to 'Normal' then the buttons will appear. If you need help with this, please call our toll free number 1800 808 131 in Australia, or 0800 808 131 in New Zealand.

Hi, I do have the two circular buttons, and it turns green when clicked.

I have reinstalled the program, and at the end it askes for the country, and i click but nothing further happens, and then when i go to use the program and re-asks again and the window remains on screen, and nothing happens. ?
