Hi

I've just tried to install the latest update. I got a whole bunch of error messages suggesting that certain files couldn't be update as they'd already been updated (I know I should have noted the error number!). Now the software won't run at all, I just get a Microsoft error reporting window.

I'm planning to uninstall and reinstall the new version, just thought CHH should know - might be my error, might be yours?

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for the information. We will keep an eye on things at this end - it's hard to follow a problem without specific error message details/numbers. Generally any problems that occur with the Installshield installation process tend to be with the target computer, ranging from lack of authorisation to corruptions within the computer.
