Since updating to version 5 I have been unable to create design certificates or print. An icon appears in the  bottom right of screen telling me to update in order to print and do design certificates, even though I have just updated. If I try to update a message tells me that I am ulready updated. I even removed the program from my computer and reinstalled the full version but I'm still getting the same issue. Please help. Daniel
